consume any Tea, caffeine or decaf products. The day Of your appointment.
DO NOT
consume nicotine, cannabis, Alcohol, stimulant drugs/medications, Anti-depressant Drugs/Medications or Anxiolytic/Sedative drugs/medications 24 hours prior to your appointment.
DO NOT
Wear earrings, make up, braiding or hair extensions.
DO NOT
use any conditioner or styling/leave-in hair products.
DO
Ensure your hair is washed the night before ONLY with shampoo. Make Sure your hair is dry.
